OVERVIEW

Check Valve

Check valve is a kind of valve in which the opening and closing part is a circular disc and acts to block the media backflow by its own weight and medium pressure.

SYNCS check valves are ideal for processes that the category of automatic valve, also known as reverse valve, one- way valve, backflow valve or isolation valve. Disc motion mode is divided into lifting type and rotating type. The lifting check valve is similar to the globe valve in structure, with only a lack of stem to drive the disc. The medium flows in from the inlet end (lower side) and from the outlet end. (Upper side) out flow.

Check Valves

SYNCS provide the valve is opened when the inlet pressure is greater than the sum of the disc weight and its flow resistance. On the contrary, the valve closes when the medium flows backwards. The rotating check valve has a disc with an oblique position and can rotate around the shaft, and the working principle is similar to that of the lifting check valve. The check valve is often used as the bottom valve of the pumping device to prevent the return of water. The combination of check valve and globe valve can play the role of safety isolation.

Benefits of Check Valves

• Prevent media backflow in the pipeline.

• Easy to maintain

• There is no leakage.
