The signs and identifications on the machine are complete.
All operating buttons, switches, indicators and other components must be clearly marked; all rotating parts, such as motors and knobs, must be marked with directions; all external media, such as power, water pipes, air pipes and other interfaces must be marked with specifications, such as voltage and pressure. There are eye-catching electrical grounding signs and other operational safety warnings on the machine, such as beware of hot hands, beware of rolling hands, and beware of electric shocks.
Indicating device, such as pressure gauges, level gauges, flow meters, sensors, transmitters, etc. need to be tested.
The indicating parts should check whether the dial is clean and whether the writing is clear. Pressure gauges, level gauges and flow meters must be tested for hydraulic pressure, and instrumentation devices such as sensors and transmitters must be calibrated.
Check whether other parts of the whole machine are in short supply.
All parts of the whole machine must be installed completely, bolts and other parts and accessories must also be checked for shortage and damage.
Overall Appearance Of The Equipment
Check the color and smoothness of the internal and external surfaces of the equipment.
The inner and outer surfaces are uniformly polished, flat and smooth, easy to clean, no particles fall off, no contaminants hidden, no burrs, rust, scratches, or bumps. The welding seam is flat and smooth, without welding spots and black scars.
Container Size Check
Check the internal and external dimensions and materials of the container.
The size inspection of the container includes outer diameter, inner diameter, height, depth and wall thickness, etc. The flange connection form and size should also be checked according to the design requirements.
Carry out trial operation test on the equipment after installation and debugging..
After the equipment is installed and debugged at the acceptance site, the production process will be trial run according to the start-up process. The customer evaluates the equipment's accuracy, sensitivity, repeatability, linearity, action time (number of actions), startup procedure, overload and other performance.
Perform dynamic balance test on rotating components.
After the mixing equipment is manufactured, the dynamic and static balance test and vibration test of single component and the whole assembly will be carried out. Check the operation performance of mixing equipment after installation.
Pressure test for valves.
The inlet and outlet sides of the safety valve and pressure relief valve will be subjected to a hydraulic test at 1.5 times the maximum design pressure. All valve seats for steam and gas will be pressure tested in accordance with relevant regulations.
Demonstrate and test the configuration and program.
After the design of the control system is completed, each individual function test will be carried out, including hardware test and loop-by-loop configuration and programming check. The program should be able to reflect the true conditions of the current equipment operation when monitoring equipment, and ensure accuracy when controlling equipment.
